boukenLocally distributed product as well as nigori
Fresh and fruity. Muscat-like sweetness.
Quite modern, unlike the image on the label. Delicious, not much different from the hi-jozo hi-ire that we drank before.
I think people would be surprised if this were sold nationwide. boukenDrinking out for 2 weeks in a row and not decreasing my inventory so I'll drink after the year-end party😅.
Banshu Issen, locally distributed.
The fizziness is weak and the rice flavor is strong.
It's a different type from the Banshu Ikkenten I've had so far, but even though it's a honjozo, it doesn't have any alsophagy.
It is a little spicier than other Banshu Ichiken that I have had.
It became easier to drink after 2 days, but I was a little bothered by the alky taste that did not bother me when the bottle was opened.
There's a slight meloniness. boukenI bought it at a liquor store near Itajuku station. I've bought Kamiyui Shiboritate before. They seem to have a lot of spot shipments, so I check in from time to time. They also have Yukihikoyama and Banshu Ikken Honjozo.
I've never heard of this brewery before. I was wondering if I should register at Kuramoto YAMA.
It is slightly sweet. It's refreshing for its strength. It doesn't have much of a raw sake feel to it.
It's sweet and easy to drink, but there's something missing. What is it? boukenI liked it better after a few days because it looked more ripe and fruity. boukenWhen I peeled off the newspaper, it didn't seem to have a label, so I opened the package as it was. The official website says it's unfiltered, but it's not on the label. It's a bit crunchy. It has no sweetness, no spiciness or bitterness, but it's hard to drink. It's not as fresh as it should be. boukenWould you like to pair it with a strong dish? boukenIt's a tough call because it's fundamentally far from my tastes. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
