I bought it at a liquor store near Itajuku station. I've bought Kamiyui Shiboritate before. They seem to have a lot of spot shipments, so I check in from time to time. They also have Yukihikoyama and Banshu Ikken Honjozo.
I've never heard of this brewery before. I was wondering if I should register at Kuramoto YAMA.
It is slightly sweet. It's refreshing for its strength. It doesn't have much of a raw sake feel to it.
It's sweet and easy to drink, but there's something missing. What is it?
