The left bank of the Inoue Sake Brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture. They use malic acid yeast on rice from the left bank of the Sakegawa River to make this sake. This tasted like white wine.
We had our favorite Matsumidori at the fish cake bar in Suzuhiro Kamaboko no Sato. For 500 yen, you can get a set of fish paste and a drink, and you can also choose sake.
It was a perfect combination of the slightly hors d'oeuvre-like kamaboko and the well-flavored Matsumidori.
