はかたサバスキー
We continue to have Hokuriku sake.
The aroma and flavor seem to be well balanced. There is no strong assertion, but it creates an exquisite flavor.
It is a taste that gently soothes the fatigue of the day.
Thank you very much. はかたサバスキー
It has a simple drinking mouthfeel that is typical of nama sake.
The acidity is a bit strong, and the rice flavor is reserved.
The aroma is almost nonexistent...
I enjoyed it with kampachi sashimi, and it made me feel like I was in Hokuriku.
Thank you very much for your kindness.
はかたサバスキーGinjo-shu made from 100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Fukui Prefecture.
In a word, delicious!
It is my kind of sake.
It has a perfect balance of aroma and rice.
I envy people in Fukui who are familiar with this sake.
I am grateful to the toji who makes this sake and to the farmers who grow the sake rice.
Thank you for the sake. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
