Ginjo-shu made from 100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Fukui Prefecture. In a word, delicious! It is my kind of sake. It has a perfect balance of aroma and rice. I envy people in Fukui who are familiar with this sake. I am grateful to the toji who makes this sake and to the farmers who grow the sake rice. Thank you for the sake.
