The aroma of the cold sake did not seem to stand out that much on the nose, but when you put it in your mouth, the fragrance spreads quickly. I do not like the type of sake where the aroma spreads in the mouth, but when I thought it might linger in the aftertaste, I was surprised to find that it did not linger, making it surprisingly drinkable. The acidity and bitterness can be felt at its peak.
