Dry Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu🍶.
Bitterness and umami. Firm but not unpleasant. Enjoyed while viewing cherry blossoms at night. Grassy but not bitter. Pair it with hazelnut 6-pound cheese 🧀. The more you drink, the higher the acidity, so the spiciness of the 14° is not so much.
