Sawanoi's raw sake. It has a refreshing grapefruit-like aroma with moderate acidity and sweetness. It also has a slightly strong bitterness. Since it is a local sake of Tokyo, I wish it would be distributed more in the city. It seems to be sold well in the so-called Tokyo area, but it is really regrettable that there are not many liquor stores near me that carry it.
Namanama of Morimasu. It's been a really long time since I've had Morimasu. I bought some at a convenience store when I went trekking near a sake brewery. The aroma is refreshing. It has a strong flavor that is typical of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It has a sweetness and flavor like plum wine. I read on the sales floor that it is recommended to drink on the rocks, and it certainly looks good on the rocks.
