Last night was a company drinking party.
This is a restaurant at the north exit of Ikebukuro that I used countless times for lunch and evening drinks when I was working in Ikebukuro.
As a backdoor trick, you can bring your own alcohol without any charge for the all-you-can-drink course. I tell them when I make a reservation.
Igarashi was a very powerful bottle when I opened the bottle, and the stopper flew out of the bottle with a shupon ❗️. Quite a lot of gas pressure.
They were surprised that I opened it with champagne 😅, but the atmosphere of the party was gorgeous.
The base of the wine has a strong rice flavor.
It is dry and sharp, less fruity than other types, and it envelops Chinese food without losing its flavor.
Igarashi is an even better sake👍.
Although there are relatively few stores that carry this sake, it is a promising sake that Saitama Prefecture is proud of.
We also drank Kame no Kai Yellow Label together, both of which were well received by people who do not usually drink sake.
It is also nice to have people who do not usually drink sake be surprised by good sake.
