I chose Nigori-shu for its rarity.
Of course the rice flavor is strong, but the alcohol flavor is also strong.
The sweetness seems to have been taken away by the strength of the alcohol, making it quite difficult to drink.

Among the Kumamoto sakes we drank this time, this is a relatively clean and refreshing sake.
But it's not so crisp that it gives a vague impression.

The taste of rice is strong but a little rough.
The cork is used, and it is said to be good for aging.
I wonder if it is a sake to enjoy the process of becoming mellow by aging.
