Manager! Do you have any other delicious sake that is not on the menu? I asked him if he had any other good sake that was not on the menu, and he said, "We do, but it's too expensive and we can't offer it to you. Even a tokkuri (a small sake bottle) costs about $3.00." I asked for just the brand, and out came the Shinmasa!
I asked for just the brand, and out came Shinsei! I ordered it immediately.
I had the best sake of the day. Fruity and robust! I drank all of today's sake with this one drink.
It was a quintessential Niimasa.
