Juicy and well-balanced calmness. Nabeshima is my favorite sake, but it's hard to find in the country. When I went home and searched for it, I found out that it was a limited edition sake called "Kaze Label", but I didn't see the words "Kaze Label" in the photo I took. I'm not sure when I'll see it again, but I'll have to take a good picture of it then!

5/22/2019 First time in my life I encounter Hanayoake. Although I had used the word fruity as an impression I drank until then, I was shocked by the pineapple feeling of this sake. I had always assumed that sake was dry, but since then my tastes have broadened considerably. This is the brand that introduced me to sake.
