Juicy and well-balanced calmness.
Nabeshima is my favorite sake, but it's hard to find in the country.
When I went home and searched for it, I found out that it was a limited edition sake called "Kaze Label", but I didn't see the words "Kaze Label" in the photo I took. I'm not sure when I'll see it again, but I'll have to take a good picture of it then!
