Released on the 5th and purchased at Okamura Sake Brewery in Sanda City. It is a junmai sake that has not been hi-irinized.
It does not have a fruity aroma,
It has a heavy and delicious taste.
This is the sake to drink when you feel the arrival of winter in Sanda (read "Sanda", not "Mitah"), a cold region in the Kansai region. It is served cold.
