I thought it was only freshly squeezed raw sake, but the Omachi is also surprisingly delicious. I don't know if it's because it's Akaban Omachi or because it's Sougen, but it has a dense flavor like strawberry brandy. It just made me happy to drink it! I'll let it sit a little longer.
