Lightly cloudy Full-bodied, sweet and umami, but with a refreshing aftertaste due to the moderate acidity and gassiness. Above all, it tastes like rice. I like it very much. When I went to Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery, I was strongly recommended to buy the members-only product. Thanks to the clerk at that time! It was delicious!
