At a local fish shop drinking establishment. I chose it just because of the name. It is sweet but has a clean aftertaste. Easy to drink. The porcini-like aroma...I couldn't tell lol.
It is delicious, but I don't think it goes well with sashimi.
It seems to go well with strong flavors and Western dishes.
