I bought this on my trip to Niigata at the end of the year.
It is dry but very easy to drink!
The smell is not too strong and I would recommend it to beginners.
The smell is clean!
During a brewery tour at the Imadaiji Sake Brewery, I saw actual wooden vats.
Apparently, there are only a few breweries that make sake in wooden vats due to a decrease in the number of craftsmen who make large wooden vats.
At the end of the brewery tour, I bought a bottle of sake.
It didn't smell much of cedar.
It was easy to drink and tasty. It didn't have a sweet taste.
