A drink at the end of the night with sake that I couldn't give up on at the last minute when I went to Sendai ✨.
According to the shopkeeper at the store where I bought it, it is a rare sake from Katsuyama Sake Brewery that is very thick and sharp.
I took a sip at the tasting and it was so thick!
I think it is recommended to drink it on the rocks with ice, but I liked it just as it was without ice ✨.
It's so thick, yet so smooth, you can drink it by itself or with rice 😋.
Anyway, it is very strong!
