I bought this bottle at a brewery when I went on a trip to Fukushima last year. It was apparently aged after listening to Mozart. The effect of great music? The mouthfeel is mild and round, and the quality of the drink is clean and smooth as it passes down the back of the throat without dragging. A faint hint of sweet yeast. A bottle that brought back wonderful memories!

It's been a while since I opened it up and my account was missing. It was only post 1, so it's not a problem. LOL. Kamesen Sake Brewery in Kochi Prefecture. By previous reviews, pineapple! I was looking forward to it because a lot of people said it was a pineapple ministry, but it really feels like pineapple juice when you put it in a wine glass and smell it, it just feels like pineapple juice. LOL! It's surprisingly refreshing to drink, and I gulp it down. I usually drink a lot of wine, but this was the one that made me feel that sake is delicious too!
