Mori Masu Junmai Daiginjo Koganei Shuzo Sake degree +2.0 Rice polishing ratio 40 Aromatic and dry. It is so refreshing that it goes well with a strong-flavored gingerbread. Delicious, but not enough to make me want to buy it again...

Taisetsukei Tokubetsu Junmai Hiyoroshi Fruity and light. Delicious. I've always wanted to try this sake with its cool name like a special move, but never had the chance to drink it. I found it at a liquor store and it was hiyaoroshi. I had no choice but to buy it. I sipped a cup of it with sashimi. Both were delicious.
