Taisetsukei Tokubetsu Junmai Hiyoroshi
Fruity and light.
Delicious.
I've always wanted to try this sake with its cool name like a special move, but never had the chance to drink it. I found it at a liquor store and it was hiyaoroshi. I had no choice but to buy it.
I sipped a cup of it with sashimi. Both were delicious.
