I bought it because the bottle is a pretty light blue color. The picture doesn't do it justice, though. It has a refreshing mouthfeel with a hint of gas. The aroma is apple-like. At the end of the clear mouthfeel, you can taste the umami of the rice, and the acidity remains at the end. The fact that it is not too assertive, but still has a strong umami flavor, is a wonderful feature. The lightness of the mouthfeel makes it easy to drink as you go. Next time, I would like to try it with seafood, as is typical of Hitakami.

Kijoshu. It is a sake that uses water and junmai-shu in the process of making sake, and is recognized as something that can only be named after a member of the Kijoshu Association. I drank it for the first time and was surprised at how sweet and delicious it was. The alcohol content is low at 13 degrees, making it easy to drink. I liked it so much that I want to buy kijoshu every time I see it.
