A new brand. It is a concentrated sake made by removing only the water from junmai sake and has an alcohol content of 38 degrees.

Beautiful color and aroma, just like sake. I drank it straight. It is gentle on the palate, but as soon as it enters your mouth, it comes in a big gulp. I recommend kamaboko (board technique) as an accompaniment.
There are two sizes of sake bottles.
