Last week I visited Dewano-Fuji at Hankyu Department Store, but I went to Umemoto Sake-ten in Nishinakajima because I thought I could find more variety at a special distributor. (Note that they have moved from the location shown on the map of Sake-no-wa, and they have a corner bar inside after 4:00 p.m.) I was a bit lost, so I asked the waitress and she let me try a sample. Melon-like fruity sweet taste. Slightly refreshing? It was delicious, but Junmai Arabashiri seemed rarer, so I bought that one 😊.

I saw it on a liquor store's installment and was completely unfamiliar with the brand, so I searched for it on Sake no Wa and found that Greissinger19 was drinking it, so I bought it. Strong gasiness. Dry, clean and sweet. Cider-like with peach and lychee flavors. Lightly sweet as written. The acidity is beautiful and the bitterness at the end is pleasant. A better sake than expected.

I think it's sweeter if you take it out of the fridge and let it sit for a bit.

I wanted to buy the special honjozo since it was the talk of the town, but the shelves were empty because it was the end of the year. I wanted to buy Dewa-no-Fuji because it was the talk of the town, but the shelves were empty because it was the end of the year. I bought this one because it was the last one. I bought it at Umemoto Sake Shop in Nishinakajima Minamikata. Probably the only distributor in Kansai. I think this is the only distributor in Kansai. They have a SNS and a website, but they don't really communicate much information, so I hadn't been to their store until now. The main brands they carry are Dewa no Fuji, Doukan (the Shiga one, not the Chiyoda brewery), Shuyooshi, Amano sake, and other sake from the Meimon Shukai. There may be others. It has a fruity ginjo aroma despite the low rice polishing. Fresh and sweet. Overall, it is refreshing and light. Also worth mentioning is the cost. This is only 880 yen including tax.

The regular price is 880 yen, but it was 1100 yen at this store, which is a secret. I think they either added shipping costs or made a mistake because the regular price of the Special Honjozo is 1100 yen. Well, it's cheap even at 1100 yen.

Good morning, bouken ☀️. It was introduced on social media at my favorite liquor store a little far from here. I've never heard of it. I'm sure you've heard of it. But I went through it 💦.

Whoa, I️ am so curious! I should have gone and bought it🤣. Even then I wondered why the special honjozo was more expensive⁉️ and for a moment, hmmm🤔. My comptroller (lol) worked😭. Now I regret it 😱.

Good morning, T.KISO ☀☀☀☀☀☀. I was at the event at Hankyu department store and it was treated like a next breakthrough candidate 😯The price difference may be because the rice for the special honjozo is Miyamanishiki 🤔.
