Hankyu Sake Brewer's Festival starts today.
From Miyazaki Prefecture, where the map has yet to be filled in, here is "Hajimari" by Sentoku Sake Brewery!
Sentoku Sake Brewery is a valuable sake brewery that is almost unavoidable for the people of Sakénawa to clear Miyazaki Prefecture😅.
We must support them to keep the light of sake brewing in the 47 prefectures alive 😤.
This is a second fermentation sake in bottle brewed to commemorate the 1,300th anniversary of the compilation of the Chronicles of Japan, in reference to the anecdote of Princess Konohanasakuyahime in the Chronicles of Japan, which states that Miyazaki is the birthplace of Japanese sake.
The appearance is a mist white with yellowish tints.
The aroma is a traditional sake-like alcoholic aroma mixed with a hint of koji aroma😅.
The first attack of koji-like acidity with a vibrant gasiness and a feeling of being close to pickles but just barely safe (depending on the individual).
From there, the acidity goes straight to the finish.
I wonder if the G7 agriculture ministers meeting held in Miyazaki really started their reception with such a habit-forming sake 😳.
Roughly speaking, it is a fizzy orchid sake (a little softer) 🍶.
Well, I personally liked it, so I took it home and enjoyed it as a sake to clear Miyazaki Prefecture 😊.
Yeah, I seem to like the perverted sake a lot too 😁.
Thanks for the treat 🍶😋.

Good evening, Aladdin-san.
Aladdin-san, I see you also went to the Hankyu Sake Brewery Festival 🎵.
I also visited Sentoku Sake Brewery, but I didn't get a chance to try their sake 💧.
Congratulations on your first Miyazaki sake 🎉!

Thank you, ma-ki-😄.
We went late in the day, but maybe we had a near miss? 😁The "Hajimari" was also served right away by the flippant Kadota-san if you asked for it 🍶We hope to see you again the day after tomorrow!

Thanks for your hard work today, Yoohee 🍶.
At least I'm glad I made it in time for the entrance control time 😁It was definitely more fun to go around with everyone 😊 than when I was alone.
At least we can fill up Miyazaki prefecture and be at ease with our style 😎.

Good evening, Maru-san😄.
Today I was surprised that you appeared behind me like a surprise guest 😳I had a very good time to go around with you unexpectedly 😊Next time will be the sake festival at Takashimaya in Namba next week 🍶.

Aladdin, good evening 😃.
Speedy post 😊
I bought this one at last year's brewer's festival and it was quite pickle-like 💦 It's gentler and easier to drink than orchid sake, but it's very peculiar 🤣.

Kora kora kora, you two (Aladdin and Bouken).
You have to explain "orchid" to the general public 🤣🤣🤟🤟

Good morning, bouken 🌞I'm sure bouken is also a pervert to have already bought it last year 😁The gasiness makes it mild enough for everyone 😄I must try the true orchid sake (longevity kinkame brown rice 100) sometime 🤔.

Good morning, sake-run-san😄!
Thank you very much for the Hankyu Sake Brewery Festival yesterday!
Don't worry, "orchid sake" (= habit-forming perverted sake) will become a generally accepted term in Sakegawa from now on 😁 or maybe it already is 🤣.

Good morning, Aladdin 😁.
Hankyu Brewery Festival sounds like fun!
I too was born in Miyazaki prefecture in the beginning of Sentoku 😁.
I only remember that this is Japanese sake...
I can't wait to fill up a map of the whole country with Miyazaki and Okinawa!

Hi Aladdin, good evening 🌙
Great quick post ✨I guess it's because I've been drinking run liquor and it only tastes good... I need to retrain my palate 🤣.

Thank you so much for yesterday, Nemuchi-san 😁.
As a private ambassador for the festival, Nemuji knew the venue very well and was able to guide us through the festival 😊.
Sentoku was like a hebesu 🤔.

Hi Ao-chan 😃
I have almost no experience with this kind of event, but it was a rare opportunity to talk with the brewers and toji and I enjoyed it😊I also have a good idea about the 47 prefectures thanks to Sentoku-san this time!

Hi Pon 😃
Hajimari is so good that I buy it myself ☺️ but many people don't like the pickle aroma as an off-flavor, so I'm rethinking that maybe the level of public acceptance is higher than I thought 🤔.
