The nights are filled with the fall holiday season. However, I am busy with my business and this month is a parade of field work and night shifts 😅. On such consecutive holidays including Respect for the Aged Day, my daughters went out with my parents-in-law 🚙 and I went back to my parents-in-law's house. I'm exhausted from the consecutive night shifts that occur once a year, so I'm going home to take a nap and have a drink to adjust my time 🍶. Kibotsuru Junmai Hiyoroshi (Hiyoroshi) I bought this seasonal Hiyoroshi at a recent visit to a sake shop in Kusatsu, Shiga Prefecture. We have a stock of sake from the Hanpukai, but every once in a while we'll open a bottle of seasonal sake. [Glass.] As soon as it's poured, you can smell the banana-like aroma. After pouring, the aroma is like the banana flavor of Look chocolate, the bitterness behind the robust umami, and the fruity aroma escapes through the nose and finishes with a lingering banana-like taste and aroma, and finally the bitterness that lingers in the back of the throat. [Mokkiri] Yellow banana-like aroma, round and rounded flavor, banana-like aroma on the nose, and a refreshing aftertaste. The banana flavor is more pronounced as the temperature rises, so it may be best not to chill it too much. The entrées are Wakayama tuna and Okayama sea bream.

For the fourth one, I went to a ramen store for the first time in my life along with a visit to a liquor store 🚙. Since it was my first time, I went to the famous "Negi Chashu Noodle" topped with the characteristic "Bara Nori" (seaweed) 🍜. I see... it's a salty pork bone broth type noodle, I might like it a lot 😋.

Hi Jive, good evening. Thanks for working consecutive night shifts 🍀. On days like that, it's a gap day and a sake lish 🎵. Is it a pronounced banana feeling 😲. Ki Mine Tsuru is another representative sake I would like to try 😋. It's good to explore new rah-rah activities too!

Good morning, Mr. Jive. I haven't had Kiho Tsuru for a long time. I'm curious about it since it has a good reputation these days. Rasho is totally different depending on the restaurant, so please enjoy it in a variety of ways!

Hi Jive 😃I think it's quite unusual to have spinach instead of wakame even though it's a lasho 😳

Hi Jive 😃Good job! This is my first time at a ramen store! That's a bit surprising 😆 funny because everyone asks for Negi Chashu Noodles 🤣I like Miso so I don't go to Rasho very often 😅.

Hi Gyve 😃. We also often go to sakesho🍶 but never to rahsho🍜🥲 or maybe I don't know the definition of rahsho🧐 but I know that Kiho Tsuru is very good 🤗.

Good evening, Gyve 😃. You are in hard work mode, let's refresh and get through it 🍶☺️ Rasho, I don't think you can find it in Kansai 🤔. I think it would be good to visit different stores 🤔 as each store has a different image.
