Sake Day is here again this year 🍶.
However, my hometown doesn't have a "go-around" and due to my work schedule, I'll be tipping a glass of sake on the night of the 2nd. ✨️
So, what to drink? I'm not sure 🤔
I looked around the cellar and pondered because I hadn't brewed any new sake, but I made a big decision to open the sake I've been waiting for the right time to open because I've been too drunk 🤣.
Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Nama Sake
The first "Shinshu Kamerei Nama Sake" that I got by lottery in the Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai that I have been participating in since this year!

The aroma of rice with a hint of fruity, the mouthfeel is full and mellow with a hint of gas, the taste is sweet and mellow, and the aftertaste is refreshing and lingering.
［Mokkiri.]
Slightly rounded rice aroma, a tangy gassy mouthfeel, mild umami with a hint of acidity, sweetness, and a mild mineral aftertaste, and finally a freshness on the tongue and a bitter taste at the back of the throat.
Ahhh, the ultimate!
The entrée was Ishikawa kingfish sashimi and horse mackerel tataki, which I bought at a local supermarket on my way back from a business trip to Kanazawa.
I was especially surprised at the quality of the kingfish sashimi, which I could not believe it was from a supermarket.

The fourth one [October 1] is my favorite [glasses 👓️] and [coffee mill☕] in honor of [Eyeglasses Day] and [Coffee Day].
It's still a long way off, but my wife and I are planning to order matching pairs of glasses for our 8th wedding anniversary and have a [glasses wedding ceremony].
