WOM
There are many ways to enjoy Sake-no-Wawa, and many ways to support us. Support by drinking, support by donating money. Today, I visited sake stores in Kanazawa and found that many bottles were broken. I realized that there really is damage in many places. Here is the situation of a sake brewery in Noto that was providing us with our enjoyment. The following is a quote from the FB of Hoshitaro Asada-san, a former employee of Sogen who is now working on sake brewing in Italy. Quote from here To summarize the situation of sake breweries in Noto, 10 of the 11 breweries we were able to confirm were either completely or partially destroyed. They will not be able to recover this year and need support from donations. Matsunami Brewery: Totally destroyed Sakurada Brewery: Totally destroyed Tsuruno Brewery: Totally destroyed Hiyoshi Brewery: Totally destroyed Sogen Brewery Landslide Kazuma Brewery: Flooded by tsunami Shimizu Brewery: Half destroyed Shirafuji Brewery half destroyed Nakajima Brewery half destroyed Nakano Brewery half destroyed Nakano Brewery: Unknown, still isolated End of quote So, from Noto sake's past drinking unposted. Hiyoroshi of September 2021. R2BY, I think. Made with Gohyakumangoku from Wajima, Noto. It is a traditional hiyaoroshi aged in the warehouse temperature. It was perfect with mushroom dishes. Some people say that heated sake is also delicious.

Good evening, WOM 🌃😀 I too was astonished to see the situation of Noto's breweries when I saw Hottarou's FB and Instagram 😰I would like to support them by drinking as much as I can.

WOM, thank you for sharing this information. Right now, our first priority is to provide direct support to help people establish their livelihoods, but once reconstruction progresses and sake production resumes, it will be important to provide sustainable support such as drinking and cheering people on. Let's support them from many angles!

Hi WOM 😃 When I see the list, I am again shocked at the extent of the damage. It's not an easy thing to say, but we want to do what we can too. Good luck with your comments to everyone!

@Mizuhashi-san. I went around Tamiya-san, Mizukami-san, and Shineikan-san. It was hard work. Sake shops must be in good spirits! There is not enough Noto sake to begin with, so the first step is to buy it. I think we need other support, so let's buy as much as we can.

Hello WOM, ☀☀☀☀☀☀. The reality of the sake brewery in Noto peninsula is really heartbreaking! Everyone seems to be supporting each other, and even liquor stores are sold out of sake from Ishikawa and Noto! We need your support and clarification as soon as possible!

WOM
Mr. Jive. Thank you. That's right. I think liquor stores were heavily affected even in Kanazawa, where there was little damage. Saranoto sake is not in stock and I, for now, will switch to buying locally and supporting the local people.

WOM, thank you for sharing this information. We will use our hometown tax donation to do what we can to support the local residents. I would still like to support the sake brewery by buying and drinking Noto and Ishikawa sake.

Nemuchi. Thank you very much. It is good to support what we can, in a sustainable way. It seems that there are sake breweries in Noto and Kaga that can make sake this season. We will stay close to them for now.

Pon. Thank you very much. Due to the unique road conditions on the Noto Peninsula, we have not been able to get a full picture of the damage, but there are some encouraging stories. We will continue to do what we can to help! We would like to continue to do what we can do to help spread the sakeawa.
