Today, I visited sake stores in Kanazawa and found that many bottles were broken. I realized that there really is damage in many places.
Here is the situation of a sake brewery in Noto that was providing us with our enjoyment.

To summarize the situation of sake breweries in Noto, 10 of the 11 breweries we were able to confirm were either completely or partially destroyed. They will not be able to recover this year and need support from donations.

Made with Gohyakumangoku from Wajima, Noto. It is a traditional hiyaoroshi aged in the warehouse temperature. It was perfect with mushroom dishes. Some people say that heated sake is also delicious.
