Fukuoka Off-line meeting has finally arrived!
Thanks to the efforts of Haruei Chichi, the organizer, and Rika, the strongest recruiter, we were able to hold this event with a total of 11 people, including Shinshin SY from Tokyo and kan from Nagoya! 🤗
Thankfully, the table was right in front of the refrigerator, a perfect situation!
We were wondering what to drink for the toast, when we found a limited edition sake, Tenagara, in the fridge! NICE, Mr. Chichi 😆👍!
Not to take anything away from Tokyo Off, but we toasted with the same Tenkaeru 🥂.
It's a low-alcohol, shwashy, champagne type of sake, so it's perfect for a toast!
It was less acidic than the other Shinsei, but there were beautiful bubbles in the glass.
It was more subdued than I expected, but it was delicious with a very elegant sweetness 😋😋.
There was or was not bitterness? 🤔.
It was gone before I could taste it properly 🤣.
I found a brand that I wanted to drink but couldn't, and it's a fun start to the offline meeting 😊😊.
