Tenbi and Yukiten were opened 🎉.
Yukiten is a very popular new nigori sake at Sake-no-Wawa ☃️
I couldn't get it last year, so I wanted to drink it this year no matter what: ‼️
So we got our long-sought after Yukiten this year 🤗.
I've read a lot of reviews and many people say it's more dry, so I was a little worried about it 💧... 💧.
I'll have my first snow heaven 🥂.
Let's start with the supernatant.
The aroma is a little floral.
In the mouth, a fresh and clear texture with a gorgeous sweetness spreads out.
The sweetness is not thick, but fresh and clean, with a touch of sourness in the second half, and a touch of spiciness at the end of the bottle, which then finishes off.
No astringency or bitterness.
When mixed with cage, the texture becomes silky and the freshness is gone.
The spiciness in the second half is also a little stronger.
The aftertaste is refreshing.
This is easy to drink and delicious 😋😋😋.
There is some spiciness, but this spiciness gives it a nice sharpness, and the pull is just very fast!
I was impressed with how well they finished it 😆.
I guess this is what you call a dry kick 😋⁉️
Even if you don't like dry like me, this is ok👌.
But I still think that the best Tenbi is the Momoten🍑😘.
