Lately, I can't stop the flow of "I'm tired and want to drink.
So here I am today.
Kudokibe Jr. Ogawa yeast from Kamenoi Shuzo.
I enjoyed my first Kudokibe very much, and when I saw a lot of posts about Ogawa yeast on Sake-no-wa, I suddenly wanted to drink it.
Well, I will have it now.
First, the aroma. It has a unique aroma. It is difficult to describe, but it has a refreshing aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you first feel a direct sweetness - it is already delicious.
Then, once the taste flows (or disappears?), it is very strange and interesting. This was a very strange and interesting taste.
After that, you will feel the bitter taste, chili chili chili chili saltiness, and then the pungent taste will spread.
Delicious. I can't get enough of it. It sinks in.
Sake is really delicious and sinking in.

I can't get tired because I don't sleep well when I drink. But it makes me feel better 😁.

Good evening, ma-ki!
I see you are very good at making kurodoki today! It looks so delicious 🥰I know the feeling of the taste disappearing for a moment. I wonder if it's like a switch or a moment when the taste changes. If that's what you're brewing for, it's a great technique. ❣️

Hi, ma-ki-chan 😀 When I think of Ogawa yeast, I think of Urasato.
When I think of Ogawa yeast, I always think of Urasato-san, but I see that Kudokidokibe-san also uses it in their sake 😀.
If I have a chance, I'd love to try this one too 😇.
