I was curious about this sake that bouken-san drank a long time ago.
Miraculously, the clerk at Isetan didn't catch me, so I was able to buy it: ✌️
100% Koi-momiji grown in Hiroshima Prefecture
Polishing ratio 65
Alcohol 16%.
Sake degree -40
Acidity 2.1
Kumamoto yeast
500ml
Opened without difficulty😊.
Pure white! Aroma of rice, shwash!
Sweet and slightly sour, like a lactic acid drink
Very easy to drink and delicious!
On the second day, I realized that yesterday's was not well mixed 😆.
Beautiful pure white and tender!
It's very sweet and thick, but it's so delicious because it's so refreshing!
I drank it with a strong miso flavored dish and it was just as good!
On the third day, the gassiness has calmed down, and the sweetness, riceiness, sourness and spiciness have become clearer.
I prefer it to yesterday's ❣️
But it's still very strong 😆.
It was delicious with salted zangi!
I recommend it to those who like it sweet and strong!

Hello, Pon-chan.
Is it a raw nigori with kijoshu ✨✨?
I love kijoshu, nama sake and nigori, so I'm very curious 🎵.
You really know and enjoy good sake. ☺️

Hi Pon 😃
I see you can buy Hana Hato at Isetan 😳
I was interested in Enoki Shuzo's Nama Nigori 🤤 which is the first brewer to make kijo sake in modern times 🤤 I was also interested in Sengoku's UA zodiac series and other kijo sake nigori, so I am very interested in it ☺️

I'm not very good at it. I'm proud of my fried chicken that sells well.
I'm thinking of a drastic change.
I'm thinking of making a big change. I'm thinking of a major overhaul 😁Simplicity is the best, I guess. 😍😍

Hi ma-ki-, 🐦.
Yes it's a trinity 😆 I wouldn't buy it if I just saw it, but bouken wrote about how delicious it was 👍I pulled it until now and finally got to drink it! If you're ok with sweet and dark, by all means 😊.

Hi Aladdin 🐦.
Yes, I think Shimura-san also carries it, but Isetan is more convenient 😊.
I haven't had the Senkou one, but I felt this one has a stronger base, probably because it's from Hiroshima 🤔.

Hello Ponchan 😃
Congratulations on getting Hana Dove 🎊.
Isetan is a tough place with many temptations and traps 🤣.
Sweet nigori goes really well with bird food 🍗.

Hi Yasbaye 🐦.
I wonder what it would be like 😆 It's quite sweet but the gassy and sour taste makes it drinkable😊It was dangerous for me because I like sweet and tangy 🤣 I would love to compare the nigori!
