Ippakusuisei Sake Mirai... Actually, this is a one year old sake❣️.
My husband brought it out from the back of the fridge, saying that he had bought it a long time ago.
（I was surprised to hear that it was there... ←My heart's voice)
I wonder how it tastes... I'll have to try it anyway 😋.
When I opened the bottle, I could smell the sweet aroma ♫
When I put it in my mouth, it's sweet and juicy, and the sourness spreads quickly. It's delicious ♡♡ I might like it ⤴︎︎.
After swallowing, the alcohol seeps into your throat 😄.
On the second day, it seems to have calmed down a lot.
The mouthfeel is sweet, then comes the umami and sourness, and finally finishes with bitterness.
The taste was strong (darker) and delicious 😊💕.
I was happy to drink this sake future because I felt it was lacking when I drank the sasanigori 🤗.
And from the fridge, I found another bottle❣️.
Akita Sake Komachi Junmai Daiginjo Namaishu 😆💕
