This sake has a unique sweet taste 🤔.
The second day, the piquancy eases a bit, and the balance of sweetness, umami, acidity and bitterness is very good and cohesive. The spiciness is just right and the aftertaste is refreshing!
Fruity sweetness like 🍈 like 🍎. The sourness and a little clattery feeling is probably because it is made with lactic acid bacteria 🤔.

The third or fourth day, it still makes a popping sound when you open it, but the taste is more mellow and the flavor is not soggy, so I was surprised at how long the taste lasts!
