[Fukui Spring New Sake Festival (1) My father-in-law invited me to the Fukui New Sake Festival, which was held in front of Corona, and I went drinking with him. Thanks to the opening of the Shinkansen, the venue was moved from Phoenix Plaza to Hapilin in front of Fukui Station, which greatly improved the accessibility of the festival. First, a toast from Kato Kichihei Shoten, which was closest to our table. My father and his friends had "Chogin" and I had "Sakahomare Junmai Daiginjo, Polishing 30%-5%" 🥂. The aroma is plump and fruity, the mouthfeel is soft with a gentle sweetness and umami, and it finishes with a gentle aftertaste. [The characteristic flavor of Sakahomare with a hint of sweetness is typical of Bon Bon ✨. Good start, I'm going to work on my sake activities and drink a lot today 🤣.

Hi Jive 😃. A Fukui sake event is too good to be true ‼️ I haven't had Brahma for a long time, but Sakahomare with high rice polishing is sure to be delicious 😆.

Hi Jive, hello ☀️😀😀 Good new sake festival in Fukui 🤩✨Chogin and Sakahomama are both great guys😍I saw them for sale at the brewery, but they are hard to find 🤤I'm jealous ✨I'll have a look at your post about the event 😊.

What the hell is this? 💦 Oh, Mr. Jaibu, it's Kochikara 👋. It looks like it could be a perfect paulownia box with a note and a gold dusted version. I've never seen one before.

Good evening Masaaki Sapporo 🌛. The aforementioned accessibility has improved dramatically, so the number of participants was great this year 😁. I can understand the brewery's policy to offer a wide range of products with good cost performance ✨.

Good evening, Mr. Noodle Sake King! Most of the breweries participating in the Fukui Sake Brewers Association are here, so you can aim to conquer Fukui in this event alone 😁. The last time I was here, all you had to do was buy an admission ticket and you could drink all you wanted all day long 🤣.

Good evening, Pon-chan 🌛. This blue bottle is the "Bon Chogin" that my father and his friends drank, the highest grade Bon at 15,000 yen for a four-pack 😁. Every time Kato Kichihei Shoten does this event, there are people who come just for this 🤣.

Good evening, Maecin-san 🌛. I chose Sakahomare because it's rare, but it's the same price per glass as "Chogin" 💦. Now that I think about it, I'm a bit ashamed to admit that I should have drank the "Chogin" 😁.

Good evening, Mr. Sakeran 🌛. Probably the best one at Kato Kichihei Shoten 😁. And since we brought 3 bottles to the event, you could come here to drink it and still get your change ✨.

Good evening, Jive 🌛The Fukui Sake event is a great success 😊I'm going to make you feel like you've been to one of the rare Fukui sake events in the Kansai region by looking at your post 😄It's too extravagant to start with Brahma, which looks expensive from the bottle 😆.

Good morning, Jive 😃. I went back to the Fukui New Sake Festival 🍶. I didn't know you were touring with your parents, my own father and father-in-law! It's great that you and your family got along so well to participate in the sake event 😊. There were many sake from Fukui that I would like to try 🤔.

Hello Nemuchi! We had a total of 23 breweries from the representative breweries of the prefecture to the breweries rooted in the local community 😁. I also enjoyed drinking Bon and other rare brands 🤣.
