It was a busy week since I had to take a break due to the flu at the end of the year.
Sake is the best for a tired body!
So today, I will open a bottle of sake that I received from a friend at the end of the year!
Nagurayama Sake by Nagurayama Shuzo!
This time it is a new sake!
The first time I had a bottle of Nagurayama sake, it was very delicious, and I love it!
Let's enjoy it right away!
The first day
First, the aroma. The citrus aroma is refreshing.
When you put it in your mouth, it is not too sweet and fruity.
It goes down smoothly.
After that, the bitterness gradually spreads, and the spiciness spreads with a suit and a slightly salty taste, and there is a slightly heavy aftertaste that is both fruity and refreshing, like sake.
The taste is complex and not easy to understand, but I found it to be an interesting sake.
On the 3rd and 4th day
The bitterness has weakened and the impression of sweetness has become a little stronger, but the overall impression has not changed much.
Tomorrow we will visit our favorite yakitori restaurant for the first time in a long while, and for the first time in the new year!
I'm looking forward to the three-day weekend of sake drinking!
