It's Christmas Eve today!
I'm enjoying reading all the Christmas-related posts, and my family is going about its business as usual.
So, it's only the middle of the week, but we've been enjoying Tenryo Saihei from Tenryo Saihei Brewery since weekday!
This time it was a test brew!
We got this sake at the sake festival held at the Keihan Moriguchi department store the other day!
Let's enjoy it right away!
The first day
First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you will be impressed by its refreshing and refreshing sweetness and richness.
After that, it is refreshing with a lingering bitterness and a little acidity.
The bitterness is more pronounced than when I tasted it, but it is easy to drink.
Day 2
The sweetness is a little stronger and a little mellow. The sweetness is a little stronger and a little mellow.
The full-bodied taste is added, and the bitterness and pungency are hardly felt, and it goes down smoothly.
The lingering aftertaste is fruity and refreshing.
Nuru-warm sake.
After the bitter taste comes, a gentle sweetness can be felt.
Overall, it is very refreshing and easy to drink.
Now that I've recharged my sake, I'll be able to work hard for the next two days until the end of the workday.
