As this is my 700th post, I chose this one👍.
The aroma is not as strong as Muscat, but fresh and gentle, reminiscent of grapes 🍇.
It is more refreshing than I expected and has a soft sweetness and acidity, which gives it a spring-like feeling. There is also a slight gassy sensation.
Serve with croquettes. If you eat it simply without sauce, the flavor of this sake increases and it is delicious 😋.
It will be gone in no time😅.

Thank you, Haruei Chichi. ‼️The weather ☀️ was nice today, but the wind was cold 🥶. Mt. Iwate still has a bit of snow on it. However, the Kitakami River is flowing calmly and I can feel the buds of the trees, so I guess it will be spring soon. ☘️
