I'm Manachy with 0 days off per week 😭.
I still haven't had a day off this month🤣.
I should go to the labor department for overwork soon 🧐I guess I shouldn't die 🤣.
I took 6 days off a week to feel like I had some rest 🤣If I thought work = rest, I'd have 7 days off a week😇.
And I drink my favorite Duo to cheer myself up a little 🍶.

The taste is very greeful!
The bitterness of the aftertaste is quite strong, but it gives it a nice finish.

The sweetness and flavor of the Greffle taste is even more intense 😆 When mixed, the bitterness is a little less bitter and I think this one has a more universal taste 👍
I paired it with horse sashimi and it goes great with spicy miso 🍈❤️ spicy miso increases the sweetness of the sake and it's amazingly delicious 🍈.
And it's so good with oysters steamed in sake. ‼️I'll have to try yellow label and oysters steamed in sake next year too 🦪.
