Chiba So no Mai seems to be very common in supermarkets 🤔.

The 💛label is very healthy! So be careful opening the bottle: ⚠️
The aroma is a little subdued, with a hint of chrysanthemum.
The sweetness on the palate is sweet, but rather refreshing and reserved.
The gasiness is strong, and the astringency starts to accentuate in the second half.
The finish is crisp and refreshing.
No pungency or bitterness.

Maybe So no Mai 🌾 is just the taste of common people ☝️
Just the right amount of sweetness and umami, with a strong astringency, but the strong gasiness keeps it all together nicely, and it's delicious with a strange, refreshing feeling 🤩.
