I'm looking forward to this nigori sake the most among Sairai's seasonal products.
I like Sairai's seasonal products better than their regular sake ❣️
Especially this usugiri is so good that Hiro-san recommends it, so I got it again this season: ‼️

First, the aroma!
Fruity and gorgeous aroma!
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the elegant sweetness spreading out without being too sweet.
The acidity comes from the middle, and there is a moderate astringent taste without gasiness.
It finishes quickly and beautifully.
When the corkage is mixed, the milky flavor becomes stronger.
It is not so much sweet and sour milky, but elegant sweetness, slightly milky and mellow.
No pungency or bitterness.
