Alcohol 16%.
Water used for brewing: "Oideguchi spring water" (one of the 100 best waters in the Heisei era)
Fruity aroma, fruity taste, soft sweetness, like white wine.
The overall taste is light.
Better with sashimi than with sweet and spicy side dishes.

Sweetness is up↑, very tasty ❣️
3rd to 4th day, it lost its fruity taste and became a little sour and sweet.
It has a strong flavor, so it was delicious with spaghetti with meat sauce!
If it tastes like wine, drink it by the second day. If it tastes like sake, drink it after that.
As the obi says,
knot = the connection between "now and the future" and "farmers and customers" of Kakizaki.
We tasted the sake made with this concept in mind 😊.

I think it passes the international J&N standard when opened 🤔 even though it's 16 degrees, it's easy to drink and you'll probably be able to drink it within a blink of an eye and like it 🫡.
