Sunday we came back home from the raging ‼️ and we were glad that tomorrow was our day off 😅, so we chose this as our second bottle of Ehime sake for the party 🤗.
I had seen Kotori-san drink it before and I was wondering if this would be the next Ehime sake 🤔, but Jay got it at Yoshikawa Sake Shop in Utsunomiya, which was his first visit👍.
It's a bottle blended from the [Arabashiri] and [Yakusame] portions squeezed in the spring. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea.

I don't really notice the aroma.
I don't think I'll be able to taste the aroma, but when I take a sip, it has a very unique taste 😌.
It's refreshing but also complex, and when drunk alone it has a peculiar taste...but when I paired it with horse sashimi, which was my entrée for the day, I was like 😳we were together in a previous life💥.
When I mixed in some ori and drank it, I could taste the sweetness and it became easier to drink 😙It's 17 degrees, but it's still very easy to drink! But it turned into another sake on the way.

The day after our first meeting at the izakaya, he visited his father's apartment in Ichikawa where we were also staying!
His father, who has been on a roll lately, greeted him in English and said, "Hey, you speak good English! He was laughing so hard that we all laughed and he understood 🤣.
