A one-day business trip to Kumamoto that was decided on short notice.
It was a hectic day, but at least I got to enjoy the train on the way home 😉.

My partner this time was Junmai Ginjo Soinier (Tsuijun Shuzo).
Surrounded by wrapping paper, it's kind of stylish❗️.
Soignier" is a French word for a guest who is cherished and wants to come back again!

I'm not sure 🤣.

First, the aroma
It has a modest sweetness derived from grains, and a solid umami flavor.
Aroma that is rather common to Kumamoto sake
When you taste it, you'll be surprised ❗️
Acid=Sweet<Smart
All of them have a lot of core umami after the moderate sweetness and acidity, and the alcohol rushes in at once.
It is sharp and the more you drink, the more spicy and bitter it is ❗️.
But I don't dislike this spiciness and bitterness 🤗.
It goes perfectly with the mustard lotus root tempura 👌
I'm always in a rush when I'm out in Kumamoto these days...
I'm exhausted after having to go around so many places at a moment's notice 😵.
I wish I could have a drink with Honda and everyone in Kumamoto sometimes😅.
