For our 200th check-in milestone, we chose a limited edition sake from the Kamikawa Taisetsu Shuzo Midorigaoka Brewery on our sake brewery tour in Hokkaido 😃.
（We are weak against the word "limited"........ 😅)
According to the description, it has "a melon-like aroma on the nose and a beautiful taste with elegant gorgeousness and low acidity on the palate"!
Delicious 😋.
Harmony of spiciness and umami 👍
And the slight sweetness and acidity add to the perfection 👍.
It was served chilled.
I was impressed by the aroma of this wine.
-Aroma: Ginjo aroma 👍（I think so if you call it a melon...)

Actually, this was my first time to drink Hokkaido sake, and I thought that sake from Hokkaido with its rich nature should be delicious! I thought so, and I was right: ❣️ I especially like Taisetsu's sake 😋.
