I was really interested in this one because Rafa and bouken were drinking it. I happened to find it and bought it👍
It is said to be a blend of Junmai Daiginjo nigori ☺️
I'm not sure I'd buy it if it was blended with junmai-daiginjo.
When you open the bottle, it doesn't auto-stir ‼️ and blow out, but it's very energetic 😆.
The aroma is somewhat calpis-like. The aroma is cleaner than calpis!
Slightly sweet from a bready, firm gassy feeling. The acidity & the thin film-like texture that clings to the tongue is very calpis-like 😳.
But when you swallow it, the bitterness comes through with a dry aftertaste like you drank a beer 🍺.
This is so good 🤣!
I can drink as much as I want 😳
It goes well with any snacks that go well with beer, and can be served with snacks as if it were a juice 🤣.
Maybe something sweet and salty 👍
I think a cured ham melon would be great. I haven't tried it yet🤣.
