A drink I should have had earlier.
Slight aroma, sharp attack. The taste is clean and umami. It goes in smoothly and has a light richness.
I knew of it, but this is the first time I have had the pleasure to taste it.
It comes with a special eyeglass wipe. It is a delicious and fun sake 🤣.
