I don't remember packing liquor like this. I think it's been a while, so I've forgotten.
The rice seems to be Gohyakumangoku, but it is fresh and fruity, not so much light and refreshing as it seems to be nowadays.
It's tasty, but I think it's a bit inferior to the yuan-yaki (grilled salmon).
Perhaps it is time for a sake like Shimebari Tsuru or Taiyozakari. It is a sake made in Hokkaido.
