And the bitterness that spreads "juwa~", one of the characteristics of nama-shu, is very pleasant, and I'm telling you, it has no sharpness! 🤣
I'm a little concerned about the straw smell on the attack, but I guess it comes from the wooden vat.
I'll definitely try the Yamadanishiki version of the paired brand next time!
